Return and Refund Policy for Shreemurti Creation (smcreation.in)

At Shreemurti Creation, we craft premium gold and silver plated idols like Gajalaxmi and Dagdusheth Ganesh with care from Pune. This policy ensures hassle-free shopping for your pooja essentials and home decor. It complies with Indian consumer laws including the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return unused, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery if they differ from descriptions (e.g., plating defects or wrong item). Items must be in original packaging with tags, invoice, and accessories. Personalized or custom idols are non-returnable. Notify us within 48 hours via email (support@smcreation.in) with order details and photos.

Return Process

  1. Contact support@smcreation.in with your order number, reason, and photos.

  2. Receive a return authorization (RA) number and prepaid label (if eligible).

  3. Pack securely in original box; ship to our Pune address within 3 days.

  4. We inspect within 48 hours—approved returns process in 3-5 business days.

Customer pays return shipping unless our error; we refund original shipping if faulty.

Refund Details

Full refunds (minus deductions) to original payment method: UPI/cards (3-7 days), bank transfer for COD (5-10 days). Partial refunds apply for used/resalable items or 10% restocking fee. No cash refunds; store credit available. Track status at smcreation.in/my-account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, worshipped, or damaged idols.

  • Meenakari/enamel products with color fading from improper care.

  • Clearance or discounted sales.

  • Intimate/hygiene-related accessories (if any).

Damaged or Defective Products

Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video. We replace free (same/next product) or refund fully. Quality issues from our end? We'll cover all costs.

Cancellations

Cancel pre-shipped orders via support email within 24 hours—no fees. Post-shipment, follow return process.
