Shipping Zones & Timelines

We ship to all pin codes in India via trusted partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders over ₹999.

  • Flat Rate: ₹99 for orders ₹500-₹999; ₹149 under ₹500.

  • COD: +₹50 convenience fee (available in select areas; verify at checkout).

  • Bulk/Heavy Orders: Custom quote for 5+ idols.

Order Processing

  1. Confirmation email within 1 hour of payment.

  2. Products hand-packed in bubble wrap/foam, eco-friendly boxes for zero damage.

  3. Shipment dispatch notification with tracking ID (24-48 hours post-order).

Processing time: 1-2 business days (excludes Sundays/holidays).

Shipping Insurance & Risk

All orders insured against transit damage/loss up to order value. Risk transfers to you upon delivery handoff. Inspect package in courier presence—note issues on proof-of-delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
